Nicola Lazzari is a professional Bartender who started his career over 10Years ago in a humble Cocktail bar in his hometown (Frosinone) just outside Rome, IT.
From a young age his interest to experience the outside world has always fascinated him, travelling from UK, Spain, Italy, and UAE.
Nicola Started his career in UK (Brighton) with a Flair/Show bartending orientation which brought him to compete in a national level; to mention a few: in 2015 he won the title in Roadhouse London (a famous international flair competition); Few years Later he Participates to the national Speed Competition in EBS (European Bartender School London). After Working at handful of different upscale establishments and private events in UK, Nicola decides to move in Ibiza (Spain) where he join through the most renovated clubs and restaurant in the island, among those Ocean Beach Club and Pacha Group joining LIO Restaurant in 2016.
After two years in the island, he decides to move in the Emirates, Dubai, working there for a year and move back in UK to the capital of the beverage industry, London.
The Big city was a good living school for Nicola where he was part of many Opening teams, from Ruya Restaurant with Chef Colin Clague, Amazonico London with Chef Sandro Silva, Bar Des Pres by Chef Cyril Lignac and more nightclub venue like Sumosantwiga from Flavio Briatore.
For Nicola great Cocktails are just one small part of a big puzzle of the large bar experience, that a guest can affair. His Expertise doesn’t stop to his ability to balance new flavour and create the environment of drinking it, but also to establish a strong trust between his bar team, which he considers an essential element to create a successful Bar.
